The Ghana Police Service has interdicted five officers for acts of misconduct involving the unauthorised use of official police uniforms on social media platforms.

In a press release issued by the Public Affairs Directorate at the Police Headquarters in Accra on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, the Police Service said the action followed findings of multiple breaches related to how the officers used police attire online.

The interdicted officers are No. 45545 G/Sgt. Samuel Agbemanyale, No. 50300 G/Cpl. Isaac Pipere, No. 51816 G/Cpl. Samuel Agbo, No. 56803 G/Cpl. Charles Oduro, and No. 14494 PW/Const. Elizabeth Dicka Korkor.

According to the statement, the officers have been referred to the Police Professional Standards Bureau (PPSB) for further investigations and the application of appropriate disciplinary measures in line with police regulations.
