Editorial Policy
Editorial Policy
Discover separates drafting, review, and publication on purpose.
Last updated: 27 May 2026
Writers prepare drafts, editors review and approve submissions, and publication is recorded as a discrete workflow event. Metadata, bylines, and update timestamps are part of the published record.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made by the editor, free from commercial influence. Sponsored content, when present, is clearly labelled.
Sourcing
We attribute reporting to named sources where possible. Anonymous sources are used only when the information is in the public interest and we have verified it through corroborating evidence.
Fact-checking
Every published article passes through editor review. Fact-checks are also published as standalone stories under the Fact Check desk.
