Head coach of the Ghana national football team, Otto Addo, has insisted his team’s full attention is on their upcoming friendly against Austria national football team, downplaying any immediate focus on their high-profile encounter with Germany national football team.
Speaking ahead of Friday’s game in Vienna, Addo emphasised that modern football demands complete concentration, warning against underestimating any opponent.
“To be honest, in modern-day football, I think everyone can beat everyone,” he said. “We saw it at the last World Cup, there are no teams to be underrated.”
While acknowledging Germany’s global stature, Addo made it clear that his side is not looking beyond their first assignment.
